Shipping Policy

At BPENT, we’re committed to delivering smart technology with smart service. As a growing business, we currently handle all order fulfilment personally via PostNet to ensure every customer gets their order reliably and on time.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer two delivery options:

  • PostNet to PostNet (2–4 working days) – R109
  • PostNet to Door (2–4 working days) – R139

Shipping costs are flat-rate and apply per order, regardless of item quantity.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
  • Once packed, they are shipped via PostNet
  • A tracking number will be shared with you as soon as your parcel is on its way

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive tracking information by email, WhatsApp, or SMS (based on your contact preference). You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey via the PostNet Tracking Portal.

PostNet Branch Selection

For PostNet-to-PostNet deliveries, we’ll reach out to confirm your preferred PostNet branch. If you already know which one you’d like us to use, feel free to include it in the order notes at checkout.

Future Shipping Options

As our order volume grows, we’ll soon be offering automated courier fulfilment through our partners at Bob Go, with real-time tracking and multiple delivery options nationwide.
