Return and Exchange Policy
At BPENT, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- All accessories, manuals, and inserts are included
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different item or a replacement? We offer free exchanges if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item
To arrange an exchange, please contact us at returns@bpent.co.za within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll walk you through the steps and cover any additional courier charges if the error was ours.
Warranty
Our BPENTview Smart Glasses and other devices are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water or impact damage
- Tampering or unauthorised repairs
If you believe your item is faulty under warranty, reach out with your order number, issue details, and (if possible) a photo or video of the fault.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at returns@bpent.co.za with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos if applicable
- Wait for a response with return instructions
- Ship the product back to the address we provide
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or replacement within 5 working days
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns on digital products, gift cards, or consumables
- For hygiene reasons, opened earphones or in-ear devices are not eligible for return unless faulty
- Refunds will be processed via your original payment method
